Referral Program Policy

Centricore Technology Group LLC values referrals and appreciates introductions to businesses that may benefit from our managed IT services.

Referral Reward

• $200 for a qualified referral submitted by a non-customer
• $300 for a qualified referral submitted by a current Centricore managed services client

When a Referral Qualifies

A referral qualifies only if:

• The referred business is not already in contact with Centricore
• The referred business signs up for Managed IT Services
• The referred business completes onboarding
• The referred business remains an active managed services client for at least 30 days

Duplicate Referrals

If more than one person refers the same business, the referral reward will be given only to the first person who submitted the referral, based on Centricore’s records.

Exclusions

Referral rewards are not available for:

• Businesses already in contact with Centricore
• Self-referrals
• Project-only work
• Break-fix work
• One-time service engagements
• Referrals that do not result in a signed Managed IT Services agreement

Reward Delivery

Referral rewards will be issued after the referred business has been an active managed services client for at least 30 days.

Program Terms

Centricore Technology Group reserves the right to update, modify, or discontinue this referral program at any time.

Final Determination

All referral eligibility decisions are made at Centricore’s sole discretion based on its records.
